We have another chance for sanity in the Senate. The House caved and passed the pocket picking cap-and-trade legislation. I will include the vote by legislator below, after the article. If your Representative voted against the bill, thank them. If your Representative voted for the bill, seriously consider actively opposing their re-election in 2010.
