Australian PM blames climate change obstructionist...
CANBERRA, — Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has dubbed the federal opposition as obstructionists and opportunists for delaying voting on climate change laws. The Senate on Thursday delayed a vote on the Renewable Energy Target (RET) scheme until at least August after it referred the bill to an upper house committee. The committee does not report until August 12. The government is controversially trying to tie RET laws to legislation for an emissions trading scheme (ETS),
